Delivery & Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect, please ensure this is entered correctly at the checkout.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your parcel. If you provide a mobile number whilst checking out or setting up an account with us, you may also receive a text message from our chosen courier with delivery details.
We use An Post for our delivery service which usually takes up to 2-5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track your order: https://www.anpost.com
Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of products which you are purchasing, in relation to An Post weight based delivery rates. Delivery charges will be calculated once you reach the checkout. Please find a breakdown below:

From time to time, we may offer a pre-order option on a selection of products which are due in stock. If you choose to order an item which is available for pre order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.

We do offer International shipping. Prices start at €15 but you will be provided with the exact price at checkout when you enter the delivery address.
The delivery time will depend on your location, but to be safe it's best to allow about 7-10 days for your flowers to make the trip, possibly longer depending on where you live.
We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
